How do I get a copy of the covenants/Bylaws?
In an effort to save money, WPOA no longer provides a paper copy of the C&Rs/By-laws. It is much more convenient to use the adobe version available here on the web. It allows you to search the document for appropriate passages.

How do I get a pool key?
The pool is part of the Whitehall Amenity Association. Approximately 488 homes are required to be members of the Amenities Association and therefore pay dues every year. Dues for 2009 are $180. Once dues are paid, you will receive a key from CAS giving you access to the pool as well as the tennis courts and playground. Please be aware that residents who are not members may not use the pool, even if escorted by a member.

How do non-amenity members get a pool key?
WPOA homes not required to be members of the Amenity Association may contact CAS at 767-3949 or actuten@sc.rr.com for current non-member rates. Once dues are paid, you will receive a key from CAS giving you access to the pool as well as the tennis courts and playground. Please be aware that residents who are not members may not use the pool, even if escorted by a member.

When are the Whitehall Amenity Association fees due?
Amenities Association dues are required to be paid by April 31st. Please contact CAS at 767-3949 or email at actuten@sc.rr.com if you have not received a bill for dues by April 15th
